Validity
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase for the amount specified.
Delivery
The gift vouchers are delivered to the email you have provided in the "Delivery Email" field when you made the purchase.
Refunds and Cancellations
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount. If a voucher is used in our premises and there is a balance owed this can be returned in form of a new voucher.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
Payment and Security Policy
Your credit card information is not stored anywhere on our servers or third parties and we guarantee that the information you provide is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to our gateway payment provider, Stripe. Christoph eye couture will not be held responsible for events arising from Stripe gaining unauthorised access to your payment details.
